Do you like to live in fear? Feel constantly anxious? Worried? Imagining the worst case scenario? Not believing in yourself? Frightened to take the next move in case you do something wrong?  Say the wrong thing? Behave the wrong way? Displease someone? Upset someone?

When you feel worried you become anxious and breathe faster, often increasing the state of anxiety. By practising deep breathing exercises, you can calm your mind and quieten negative thoughts. Try deep breathing. Or breathing out several times in short bursts. 5 times. Use your hands, rotate them to blow the breaths away.
