Do you like to think negatively? Think the worst? Never see the good in others? Be judgmental? Critical? Always looking to see fault?

Counteract each negative thought with a positive one. For example, if you arrive at a meeting early and are wishing you had stayed in bed longer, got more sleep reframe it to how fantastic that have arrived in plenty of time, unflustered and in full control.
