Are you happy to be in constant state of overload? Feeling like you are in a fog? Feeling challenged? Stressed? Out of control? Useless? Unable to cope?

Try the one day rule. Say to yourself. With every task you set yourself, say to yourself you only have one day to sort out your mountain of work. It may seem overwhelming, if not impossible.  Adopt the attitude. If you can’t do, ditch it. Hand it over to someone else or chunk it down into manageable tasks.
